JAZZ - A contemporary dance form with a foundation in Ballet. Jazz dance is the type of dance you see on Broadway, in music video, dance clubs and all types of musical entertainment.

MODERN - A contemporary dance form based on the Dunham technique which incorporates Caribbean, Brazilian and Polynesian movements. Modern dance emphasizes breath and freedom of movement.

CONTEMPORARY MODERN – A lyrical dance style utilizing the techniques of both modern dance and ballet to create a sensuous, free-flowing movement.

MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS - a unique and accessible approach to fitness through martial art training to simultaneously strengthen your body and mind, for improvement of cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, muscle tone, relaxation, focus and flexibility.

CAPOEIRA - A combination of martial arts and dance born in Brazil by African slaves. Forbidden to practice any form of defense Capoeira was created as dance and disguised martial arts practiced to vibrant Afro-Brazilian music.

TAP – A percussive American dance form unique to Broadway musicals and other entertainment.

HIP-HOP- Stylized movement evolved from the streets of urban centers emphasizing the funky, pulsating, staccato rhythms of the music.

WEST AFRICAN DANCE - This highly energetic but also sensual dance style derives its movements from the region of West Africa. There is a strong emphasis on the African principle that to know your body is to know yourself.

SALSA - Salsa is a distillation of many Latin and Afro-Caribbean dances. Each played a large part in its evolution.
